His expertise also includes Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), FEMA, Joint Ventures, International Taxation, DTAA, Transfer Pricing, and RBI Matters.

In addition to his established expertise, CA Paresh Sutaria has recently extended his services to assisting distressed businesses through insolvency processes and debt restructuring, providing invaluable support to companies navigating challenging financial situations.

A Practicing Chartered Accountant by Profession since Year 1986 and having experience of over 35 years in the field of Advisory services, Auditing and Taxation. During his illustrious career he has provided professional services , nurtured and contributed to growth of clients in sectors like Securities market , Real Estate, Infrastructure, Solar Energy, Manufacturing, Retail , Health care and Service sectors . He specialises in providing services in the field of Corporate Advisory services which includes Corporate structuring, Fund raising, Valuation of Business, valuation of shares, Corporate tax, M&A, Transaction documentation and regulatory compliances and Internal management reports to help management in critical decision making etc . CA Chetna Sutaria (Senior Partner ) B.com , F.C.A:
CA Chetna Sutaria qualified as Chartered Accountant in the year 1989 and is a Senior Partner of the firm.

She is an Insolvency Professional and member of Indian Institute of Insolvency Professionals of ICAI (IIIPICAI) and has successfully completed Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process and Liquidation Process of a Real Estate Company and handled various Voluntary Liquidations under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.

She is also a Registered Valuer of Securities or Financial Assets and a Member of ICAI Registered Valuers Organization (ICAI RVO) and has successfully completed Valuation of Securities and Financial Assets of various companies spreading over different sectors over a period of 3 years. She is a astute writer and has written articles on Information Utility, Voluntary Liquidation and other related topics which has been published by Taxmann and CA Club .

Having obtained a certificate in Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting (BRSR), she also holds accreditation in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Her most recent accomplishment involves gaining membership in the Institute of Social Auditors of India (ISAI).

Nihar is handling practice areas of corporate direct and indirect tax and regulatory consulting, taxation including international taxation, transfer pricing, cross border transaction advisory, start-ups and innovative businesses and valuations. He has been part of the firm since 2015 and is Partner since 2017. In this long association with the firm, he has been advising various Indian and multinational clients on cross border transactions, transfer pricing and regulatory aspects related to inbound and outbound investments. He represents clients before tax and regulatory authorities for matters relating to income tax including transfer pricing, international taxation and foreign exchange regulations. He has been handling valuation assignments of entities across sectors, due diligence and regulatory compliances for start-ups, small and medium enterprises. He is an associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is graduated from Nagpur University as Bachelor of Commerce in Computer applications. CA Deepali qualified as Chartered Accountant in the year 2005 and has over 15 years of professional experience .

Before joining Sutaria Associates as partner , She worked as Assistant Manager in Assurance and Business Advisory Services with Price Waterhouse Cooper (PWC) for almost 2 years and continued to practice as an independent practitioner. She gained vast experience in the field of Audit, Assurance, Forensic Services, development of Internal Control systems, Risk Analysis, Internal Audits, creating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures, Supporting IT team to develop and implement various Financial and operational Modules of ERP system.

Her area of specialisation is Statutory Audit , Internal and Concurrent audit , Internal controls systems and Assurance services .

She is also an Insolvency Professional and member of Indian Institute of Insolvency Professionals of ICAI (IIIPICAI) and has successfully completed Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process.
